04/05/14“The Kelpies” is a specially commissioned Iglomat single, produced to accompany the Walid Sahib film of the same name. The film uses extreme timelapse techniques to document the rise of the Kelpies, two 30m high horse head sculptures by Andy Scott, which form the dramatic new entrance to the Forth and Clyde canal on the east coast of Scotland.

08/10/12OUT TODAY!! The debut single from Super National - 'Meds To Get Over'
Super National is a transatlantic tag team featuring Minnesotan Mark Lange (Tiger, Tiger) and Fifers Kevin Lynch and Jamie Wishart (cruiser). Last time they teamed up was on the debut cruiser single ‘A Gentle Press’. This slice of laid back electronica became a BBC Radio One record of the week and spawned remixes from uber DJ Luke Solomon, and Japanese pop geniuses Laugh&Peace. Originally intended as a follow up single, ‘Meds To Get Over’ now signals the start of a series of Super National singles leading to an album proper. Packaged with a stunningly rocking remix from London based pop aristocrat Lord Numb, and a dance floor filler from Scottish DJ and production legend Junior Lazarou.
11/09/12Never knowlingly rushed and always worth the wait once again the mighty Iglomat have not let us down. We are very excited to have a new single and album ready to go from the transatlantic collective and flying out of leftfield on the 24th of this month will be the single "Live Fast Die Whenever" a sublime chunk of Krautrock electronica not to be missed. Sit back and relax!

17/03/10: HOST offsite / Wounded Knee & 7VWWVW Whitehill School Auditorium: Thursday 25th March, 7pm
Tom Weir was born at the right time. When he instinctively decided to abandon Glasgow for long, arduous walks across the Scottish Highlands, the world was yet to cotton on to the potential attraction of his fine wee country and as such, he would regularly find himself alone in the wilderness.
Tom's much loved series, the iconic 'Weir's Way', has inspired two very different Scottish musical acts to unite in his name, with a shared adoration of both his character and the landscape which surrounds us.
For one night only, analogue synthesizer collective 7VWWVW (pronounced ‘Mammal’) and voice artist Wounded Knee showcase an entirely original score, specially composed and performed live, to outstanding moments of 'Weir’s Way'.
Set in the unique location of Whitehill School’s all seated, atmospheric auditorium space, this promises to be one of spring’s most exciting and special events.
Advanced booking essential due to fixed seating capacity. Tickets priced at £3 available from Monorail Music.
